Chase was the 3rd service person sent to try to resolve a problem. He was able to figure out a work around to fix my unit which is now working the way it should when Ideal Temp installed it almost 4 years ago.

J.J. came out to our house at 7:30 pm while we were getting 4" of blowing snow, 1 degree outside, 1 hour drive to get here because our heater had gone out. He diagnosed the problem, left us space heaters, and is coming back in the morning to fix the furnace. My wife and I were really impressed with this young man. He was polite, knowledgeable in the trade, he really made a tough situation manageable for us. Will rate LBA itself later, but their service techs have all been a pleasure to work with.

During a winter storm my heat went out. LBA sent Andrew within a couple of hours. Am so thankful my house is no longer 47 degrees. Andrew was thorough and explained as well as able to troubleshoot the problem and made sure there were no further issues before leaving. I was on a time crunch with an obligation and he was gracious to accommodate my concerns

Followed up as requested past 5:30 for wife to be home. No answer but I left VM.
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found the blower wheel and evaporator coil coated in what appears to be tar and debris. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Proposed ductwork, aeroseal, UV/oxidizing system, and halo water treatment.
Called Sarah and left a VM, it is early so I will try here a little later today as well
After inspection pulled aerator and had build up, wasn’t able to restore pressure recommend replacement of faucet.

Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Completed AC inspection for customer. All aspects of system tested within manufacturer specifications. No recommendations at this time. Customer requested condenser be releveled, placed ISO pads under corners and unit is sitting flush. Insulation on line set was deteriorated, replaced insulation as well.
Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static pressure, system is passing for static. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Refrigerant is passing and within range. Temp split is also passing. No wear and tear on system. Did clean condenser unit. System is up and running. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs.
