8-14-25 Walking in freezer, not working Griselda was not on site when I arrived. Check the walk-in freezer found I had no power to the evaporator or the time clock. Located at three pole breaker in the mechanical room where the water heater is the circuit breaker was in the position, not in the position. I turned the breaker on evaporate fans started up. Evaporator fans were running in low speed due to the thermostat was set at 40° when I lowered it down to 0° evaporator fans came out to high speed. I did test the defrost timer. The clock was off by about 12 hours set the proper time cycle. The unit by the defrost timer, defrost heaters are working. Let the unit run for about 15 minutes working at this time. My liquid line at the evaporator is warm to touch. I did not go up on the roof to check the condenser unit ,with the liquid line warm to the touch, if the condenser unit was not running. Arrived to remedy a system that had completely shut down. Cycled power to the system and found that the system would start up and run as designed. Went outside and performed diagnostic on the system. Found that the compressor is drawing more amps than it’s rated for on startup. Determined that the system is in need of a compressor start kit. Spoke with homeowners about the system. With homeowners approval installed the compressor start kit. Tested system operations. Found that compressor start up amps went from 130 to 45, and running amps went from 10 to 8. Air conditioning system is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived to calibrate a fan to the system it’s being installed in. Turned system on and made adjustments to the fan speed. Turned system off and let it save the changes. Turned system back on and tested the systems performance. Kept making adjustments and cycling power to save changes calibrating the fans speed. Finally set the system for a 20 degree split between return and supply air. System is functioning properly at this time.
Installed blower motor, cleaned and re ran drain, cleaned up water out of secondary drain pan/coil pan, configured blower motor and still doesn’t work. I can force the blower to run through the app but the blower won’t run through the equipment as intended. Robby is working on the solution now. 8/6/25 11:45am

Arrived to do a dual system performance maintenance. Set each system for cooling. Measured each systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Found that the attic system is operating with failing static pressure. Checked interior of each system for cleanliness. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Replaced a capacitor in the main system. Rinsed coils free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the systems. Air conditioning systems are operational at this time.
