Very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you for taking good care of my equipment!
Chase was the 3rd service person sent to try to resolve a problem. He was able to figure out a work around to fix my unit which is now working the way it should when Ideal Temp installed it almost 4 years ago.
Adam responded as a second technician in an attempt to solve a problem with my HVAC. I am grateful LBA would send additional help. I would also recommend investing in one of the maintenance plans they offer.
J.J. came out to our house at 7:30 pm while we were getting 4" of blowing snow, 1 degree outside, 1 hour drive to get here because our heater had gone out. He diagnosed the problem, left us space heaters, and is coming back in the morning to fix the furnace. My wife and I were really impressed with this young man. He was polite, knowledgeable in the trade, he really made a tough situation manageable for us. Will rate LBA itself later, but their service techs have all been a pleasure to work with.
Very prompt and professional service. Cornelius is very courteous and willing to answer any questions.
Daniel was kind, helpful and informative. He offered multiple pricing options and was not pushy. We appreciate his help.

We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-Star review.
Customer called for AC out. Customer had a power outage yesterday afternoon and didn’t realize AC wasn’t functioning until they were in bed. System had multiple communication errors stored which is common with power out calls. Customer checked breaker and disconnect and both were good. They left stat in off position overnight. I turned thermostat to cool and system engaged inside and out. Checked outdoor pressures and they look great. Went over reset procedures with customer in case they have another power outage so they can get up and running sooner. Thank you!
Replaced furnace and drop, added double return air, and charged a/c to get her by tell the coil comes in.
Customers factory hard start relay had failed and was not providing enough amps to compressor to start and compressor diagnostic was locking unit to prevent damage. Replaced and unit fired right up. Replaced under warranty, no charge.
For this job, I was performing routine maintenance on an air-conditioning unit. Upon checking the unit first thing I noticed was the static pressure was extremely high. After checking the heat exchanger on the furnace itself it was showing extreme signs of wear and tear and pinholes. This is something that needs to be replaced very soon. The furnace is 23 years old, so it makes sense that it would be This worn down. The temperature differential was very low at single digit degrees. After I checked the outdoor unit, I figured out that the refrigerant was extremely low and this is the reason we’re having trouble cooling air. Because of the furnace, static pressure and the refrigerant Combined I sought out a field supervisor to come up with better solutions.
Sold new 80% 100k btu furnace, new coil, and 2 double return grilles $8899.99
Completed ac inspection. All components tested to manufacture specifications. No recommendations at this time
With this job, I was performing your routine maintenance on an air conditioner and furnace. Upon checking the furnace everything checked out well however static pressure was a bit high. I believe some of this is due to the fact that the coil and the furnace are not built for each other. And the return drop on the system could be a little bit bigger. These are things that I would bring up when it comes time to replace either part of the system.the outdoor condensing unit all refrigerant levels are good and all electrical components operating well within manufacture specifications. I washed out the unit and changed the filter and everything is running well at this time. In the future, I would look at duct cleaning because the air ducts are quite dirty.

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
